The model FST-1800 is suitable for filling all kinds of pastry and viscous fluid such as cream, gel, shampoo, cleansing or shower milk into plastic tube or laminate tubes.

This machine provides outputs of to 1,800 tubes per hour.

 Description:

1. Operation process:

Tube supply -> Clean tube -> Tube loading into hoder -> Color code -> Filling -> Hot melt -> Sealing and printing -> Cutting -> Finished products.

2. The tube supply and clean tube are affected pneumatically.
3. A photo- eclectric tube print registration station ensures correct positioning of the tube decoration ( color code) prior to sealing. The system is controlled a stepper motor ( Japan) with a high accuracy photocell, the sensor from Shike in Germany.
