Video: Steam Bottle Dryer T&T MACHINERY supplied for NIBIFA
Optimal drying solution to ensure glass bottles used in pharmaceutical production are always dry – clean – sterile – safe, fully compliant with GMP standards.
Heating Source:
Utilizes SUS 304 electric heaters (24kW) or steam heating for thermal energy input.
Hot Air Recirculation:
Two convection fan motors draw hot air from the heating chamber and distribute it evenly across trays of bottles, ensuring uniform temperature throughout the chamber.
Clean Air Filtration:
Incoming air is filtered through a multi-stage system (G4, F8, HEPA H13) before entering the drying chamber.
Exhaust Air Filtration:
Exhaust is passed through the same multi-stage filtration system (G4, F8, HEPA) before release, preventing environmental contamination.
Automated Control:
The drying process is fully managed via PLC + touchscreen HMI (or optional mechanical buttons), controlling all parameters: temperature, time, pressure, safety.
Safety Mechanisms:
Interlock door system (only one side can open at a time)
Quick-lock airtight sealing
Explosion protection via pressure relief valve (≥ 2 bar)
Explosion Prevention Cycle:
Before heating begins, the fan runs for 5 minutes to vent alcohol vapor, preventing ignition when electric heaters are activated.
Summary Flow:
Heating source → Convection fan → Bottle trays → Inlet & exhaust filtration → Central control system → Safety system
Drying glass bottles/jars used in:
Pharmaceuticals
Bioproducts
Food industry
Cosmetics
Pre-treatment of packaging before filling:
Solutions
Injectables
IV fluids
Ensures bottles are clean – dry – sterile before entering the filling area.
Ideal for:
GMP-WHO and EU-GMP certified facilities
R&D laboratories
Production plants with high-quality standards
The recirculating drying method is one of the most efficient and rapid drying methods that can be applied to dry various materials.
Hot air passes across trays containing the materials and removes moisture from them. This hot air is continuously circulated within the drying chamber, enabling fast and uniform drying of the materials.
The 4-Door Bottle Dryer is one of many types of bottle dryers manufactured by T&T MACHINERY, custom-designed according to customer requirements.
Heating source: Uses either electric heating elements or steam for heating.
Hot air circulation: A convection fan draws hot air from the heating chamber and distributes it evenly across trays containing bottles, ensuring uniform temperature in all areas.
Clean air filtration: Incoming air passes through a multi-stage filtration system (G4, F8, HEPA H13) before entering the drying chamber.
Exhaust air: Waste air is filtered through an exhaust purification system before being discharged, preventing environmental pollution.
Automatic control: A mechanical push-button system controls the entire drying cycle (temperature, time, pressure, safety).
Safety mechanism:
Interlock doors (only one side can open at a time)
Quick-lock airtight seals
Explosion-proof system with pressure relief valves (≥ 2 bar)
Explosion prevention cycle: Before heating begins, the fan runs for 5 minutes to purge alcohol vapors from the chamber, avoiding ignition when electric heating is turned on.
(Summary: Heating Source → Convection Fan → Bottle Trays → Inlet & Exhaust Air Filtration → Central Control System → Safety Mechanisms)
