🔄 Working Principle

1. Bottles are fed onto the conveyor and positioned.

2. Sensors detect bottle position while the system checks the label length.

3. The label feeding system dispenses labels at the correct position and rolls them onto the bottle surface.

4. If a label is missing, torn, or a sensor fault occurs → the system triggers an alert.

5. Finished bottles move to the end conveyor, ready for downstream packaging.
