Construction of the Herbal Washing Machine

• Material: Typically made from 304 or 316 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and safety for food and pharmaceutical use.

• Washing Tank: Features a drain outlet or is designed as a horizontal cylindrical tank.

• High-Pressure Water Spraying System: Equipped with nozzles for high-pressure water jets, or air pipes to generate strong aeration.

• Agitators or Conveyors: May include paddles or conveyor belts to evenly stir the herbs during the washing process.

Working Principle

• Raw materials (roots, stems, leaves, etc.) are fed into the machine.
