A Homogenizer Mixer is a specialized machine designed to mix and homogenize liquid–solid or liquid–liquid mixtures using the strong shear force generated by a high-speed homogenizing head.
It is widely used in the cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, and light chemical industries to ensure fast dispersion of ingredients, create stable emulsions, and minimize layer separation.
Compared to a vacuum emulsifying mixer, a homogenizer mixer has a simpler structure, does not include a wall-scraping agitator, and may or may not be equipped with a vacuum system. It is suitable for formulations that are not too viscous or that do not require complete deaeration.
The raw materials are loaded into the mixing tank.
The homogenizing head runs at high speed (typically 0–3000 rpm), generating strong shear and centrifugal force.
Under the action of the rotor–stator system, large particles are broken down, and liquid–solid phases are dispersed evenly, creating a uniform and stable mixture.
Depending on production requirements, the machine may include heating, cooling, and adjustable speed control functions.

Homogenizer Mixer TDH-100, manufactured by T&T MACHINERY, is a specialized device designed for mixing and homogenizing liquid–solid and liquid–liquid formulations using the strong shear force generated by a high-speed homogenizing head.
This machine is widely applied in the cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, and light-chemical industries, ensuring fast ingredient dispersion, stable emulsion formation, and reduced phase separation.
High shear force enables rapid emulsification and dispersion, significantly reducing processing time.
Compact structure, user-friendly design, and simple cleaning.
Cost-effective:
Compared to vacuum emulsifying mixers, it offers a more economical solution—ideal for small batches or products that do not require full vacuum deaeration.
