1. General Configuration

A complete integrated system typically includes:

• Automatic Filling Machine:
Piston pump or peristaltic pump with adjustable filling volume and high accuracy (±1%).
Designed for viscous solutions such as syrup.

• Automatic Capping Machine:
Rotary or clamping mechanism compatible with various cap types (screw, snap, press).
Equipped with sensors to verify cap tightness.

• Automatic Labeling Machine:
Round-label application for cylindrical bottles, or double-side/wrap-around labels.
Integrated sensors for precise label positioning.

• Connecting Conveyor:
Transfers bottles continuously between each processing station.

• Central Control System (PLC + HMI):
Controls speed, synchronizes all stations, provides easy operation and monitoring.


2. Working Principle

  1. Bottles enter the system via the conveyor.

  2. The filling unit doses syrup into each bottle.

  3. The automatic capping unit places and tightens the cap.

  4. The sealed bottle is transferred to the labeling unit.

  5. Finished bottles exit from the final conveyor.

⚙️ Working Principle

1. Bottle Feeding:
Bottles are loaded onto the infeed rotary table and transferred to the conveyor.

2. Filling:
The piston dosing system fills the exact preset volume of syrup/pharmaceutical/nutraceutical solution into each bottle. Anti-drip valves ensure clean operation.

3. Nitrogen Injection (Optional):
Before capping, nitrogen is injected to displace O₂, extending shelf life and stabilizing product quality.

4. Cap Feeding & Capping:
The vibrating feeder automatically delivers caps to the capping head; torque-controlled motor tightens caps to the desired setting.

5. Discharge:
Finished bottles are transferred to the outfeed rotary table, ready for manual labeling or an optional automatic labeling system.

🔄 Working Principle

  1. Bottles are fed onto the conveyor and positioned.

  4. If a label is missing, torn, or a sensor fault occurs → the system triggers an alert.
