1. High-Shear Mixer Granulator – 100 g

Working capacity: approx. 100 g — ideal for formulation development and new product trials.

Main components:

  • Main impeller: kneads and blends powder materials.

  • Chopper blade: breaks wet mass into uniform granules.

Applications:

  • Wet granulation for tablets and capsules.

  • Improves granule uniformity and mechanical strength.

2. Fluid-Bed Dryer Granulator – 100 g
