    WORKING PRINCIPLE

    1. Feeding Ingredients
    Raw materials (such as herbal extracts, pharmaceutical powders, proteins) and water or solvent are loaded into the reactor.

    2. Heating
    The heating system raises the temperature of the mixture to the desired setpoint (typically 60–120°C, depending on the process).
    For enzyme hydrolysis, the temperature is usually lower (40–60°C).

    3. Continuous Stirring
    The agitator operates continuously to ensure the material is evenly exposed to the solvent and heat.

    4. Hydrolysis Reaction
    Depending on the method:

    • Acid/alkaline hydrolysis: Acid or base is added to the mixture

    • Enzymatic hydrolysis: Enzymes are added and the optimal conditions are maintained

    5. Monitoring Parameters
    Temperature, pressure, and time are automatically controlled via the control panel.

    6. Completion & Product Collection
    Once the reaction is complete, the hydrolysate is discharged through the outlet valve for further filtration or purification.
