Introduction to the Syrup preparation system SR-1000

The Syrup preparation system SR-1000, manufactured by T&T MACHINERY, is an industrial-grade system widely used in the pharmaceutical, health supplement, and beverage industries.
The system is designed for cooking, dissolving, mixing, heating, and cooling syrup solutions in full compliance with GMP standards.


📌 1️⃣ Main Components

Three-layer mixing tank:

  • Inner layer made of high-grade stainless steel in direct contact with the product

  • Middle layer equipped with electric heating elements

  • Outer insulation layer to maintain stable temperature and reduce energy consumption

Heating & cooling system:
Fully automatic operation, ensuring precise temperature control according to set parameters.

Agitation system:
Equipped with a variable-frequency motor (inverter control), allowing flexible speed adjustment to ensure uniform mixing and complete dissolution of ingredients.

Material inlet & observation port:
Convenient design for raw material feeding, process monitoring, and sampling during production.

Integrated CIP cleaning system:
Built-in Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) system enables fast, safe, and time-saving cleaning.

Electrical cabinet & control panel:
Fitted with PLC and modern touchscreen HMI, allowing easy monitoring and full process control.

Safety valves & sensors:
Includes discharge valves, safety valves, temperature and pressure sensors to ensure safe and stable operation.


📌 2️⃣ Operating Principle

Material loading:
RO water and sugar/pharmaceutical ingredients are pumped or fed through the material inlet.

Heating & dissolution:
Electric heating elements transfer heat through the jacket while continuous agitation ensures complete dissolution of sugar and active ingredients.

Measurement & control:
Sensors continuously monitor temperature, and the PLC automatically regulates system parameters.

Sanitization & sterilization:
The solution is maintained at 80–90°C to ensure microbial safety.

Cooling:
Cooling water is supplied through an automatic pneumatic valve system to rapidly reduce temperature.

Discharge:
The finished product is discharged via the outlet valve or sampling valve for quality inspection.

Syrup Preparation Tank TPC-250, manufactured by T&T MACHINERY, is a specialized equipment used in the pharmaceutical and health supplement industries for heating and preparing syrup or liquid formulations.


📌 General Structure

  • Triple-layer design:
    The inner layer contains the product, the middle layer includes the electric heating element and insulation, and the outer layer provides protection and heat retention.

  • Material:

    • Stainless steel 316L for product-contact parts → ensures safety, corrosion resistance, and full GMP compliance.

    • Stainless steel 304 for non-contact parts → cost-efficient yet durable.

  • Surface finishing:
    Mirror-polished with rounded corners to prevent material buildup, ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance.


⚙️ Working Principle

  1. Heating the solution:
    When powered on, the electric heater warms the middle jacket layer. Heat is evenly transferred through the 316L stainless steel wall to raise the syrup temperature.

  2. Mixing process:
    The agitator continuously operates to blend ingredients such as sugar, active substances, and solvents evenly, preventing sedimentation or burning at the bottom.

  3. Process control and stability:
    The operator can easily set and monitor both temperature and stirring speed via the control panel for optimal process control.

  4. Discharge and product recovery:
    Once the syrup reaches the desired condition (fully dissolved, homogeneous, at target temperature), it is discharged through the sanitary valve for the next production stage.
