Heating the solution:

Mixing process:
The agitator continuously operates to blend ingredients such as sugar, active substances, and solvents evenly, preventing sedimentation or burning at the bottom.
Process control and stability:
The operator can easily set and monitor both temperature and stirring speed via the control panel for optimal process control.
Discharge and product recovery:
Once the syrup reaches the desired condition (fully dissolved, homogeneous, at target temperature), it is discharged through the sanitary valve for the next production stage.

A high-precision temperature sensor combined with a Japanese-made temperature controller regulates the operating range from 80–100°C, ensuring consistent syrup quality.
The mixing motor operates at 2,900 rpm, controlled by an ABB inverter, allowing the speed to be adjusted according to different formulations.
The optimally designed agitator is easy to disassemble, enabling quick dissolution, homogeneous mixing, and stable product quality.
A fully sealed mechanical seal prevents any oil or grease from the motor from contaminating the product.
The motor is protected by a stainless steel cover for enhanced durability and easy maintenance.
The sanitary discharge valve with quick-release clamp allows convenient filling and discharge of ingredients, saving time for cleaning and maintenance.
With a working volume of 250 liters, the tank is suitable for small and medium-scale production as well as R&D laboratory trials.
