The TraLaVang Extract Production Process & Production Line includes:
1. Harvested Vằng tea are chopped and then dried using a heat-pump dryer until the herbal material becomes fully crisp and moisture-free.
2. After cutting, sun-drying, and heat-drying, the material is transferred to the Herbal Washing Machine to remove dust and impurities before entering the extraction tank.

3. The material is then processed in the Extraction System with an organic solvent. Extraction under vacuum conditions helps preserve the active compounds in the Vằng tea by preventing heat-induced degradation. After extraction, the extract passes through the Evaporation Concentration System for 3–4 hours to reduce volume and obtain a thick, semi-liquid concentrate.

4. The liquid concentrate is then dried using the Vacuum Microwave Dryer, yielding a dry extract powder.

The Herbal Extractor and Concentrator System is specialized equipment used in the pharmaceutical, traditional medicine, and functional food industries. Main Components

Working Principle
Extraction:

The exhaust system carries the released moisture away from the chamber.
