Designed and manufactured by T&T MACHINERY, the Vacuum concentrator CC-600 is a widely used piece of equipment in the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic industries. It is especially effective for concentrating liquid extracts at low temperatures, preserving the active compounds, flavor, and natural color of raw materials.
Vacuum concentrator CC-600 is a device used to reduce the volume of a liquid solution under vacuum conditions, allowing evaporation to occur at significantly lower temperatures than under normal atmospheric pressure. This is particularly beneficial for heat-sensitive substances such as herbal extracts, fruit juices, or biological enzymes.
Concentration Vessel: Typically spherical or cylindrical in shape, made of stainless steel 304 or 316L for durability and hygiene.
Heating System: May use steam, thermal oil, or electric heating elements to raise the temperature.
Vacuum System: Employs a vacuum pump to lower the pressure inside the vessel, reducing the boiling point of the solvent.
Condenser: Cools the vapor and recovers the evaporated solvent (usually water or ethanol) as liquid.
Concentrate Collection Tank: Stores the final concentrated product.
The CC-600 operates based on the principle of vacuum evaporation:
→ By reducing the pressure inside the concentrator vessel,
→ the boiling point of the solvent (e.g., water or ethanol) decreases,
→ enabling the solution to evaporate at lower temperatures,
→ thus concentrating the active ingredients while maintaining their bioactivity, flavor, and natural color.
Vacuum concentrator CC-600 manufactured by T&T MACHINERY offers many advantages, such as low-temperature concentration (below 60°C) to preserve active ingredients; recovery of valuable solvents (such as ethanol) after condensation; and uniform, stable final product quality.

By creating a vacuum environment, solvents (water or ethanol) evaporate at only 45–60°C.
This helps preserve heat-sensitive compounds such as flavonoids, alkaloids, vitamins, enzymes, and essential oils.
Especially suitable for herbal extracts or high-value natural raw materials.
Compared with conventional concentration kettles, the vacuum spherical concentrator avoids vigorous boiling, preventing caramelization, bottom scorching, and degradation.
Maintains the natural color and aroma of the concentrated product.
After evaporation, solvent vapors are cooled and condensed back into liquid and collected in a separate vessel.
Particularly economical when using ethanol, enabling multiple reuses → reduces raw-material costs.
Can be integrated with an automatic PLC control panel, displaying temperature, pressure, and vacuum level.
Parameters are easy to set, reducing dependence on operator skill.
Constructed from SS 304/316L, with polished surfaces and CIP-friendly design.
Product-contact parts are rounded, fully welded, and residue-free.
Meets hygiene requirements for pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic industries.
Accurate monitoring of evaporated volume and recovered solvent quantity.
Easy determination of the concentration endpoint, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.
Concentration of herbal extracts and traditional medicine decoctions
Concentration of fruit juices, honey, cosmetic essences
Applicable to high-protein fish sauce, flavor concentrates, botanical extracts, and more
